If you’ve been walking through Downtown DIsney one evening after a day at Disneyland, odds are pretty good that you’ve both heard and seen the gentleman pictured above.

That’s Drew Tretick. His violin pieces have gone from being just a passing fancy to a fascination for many folks. Count me as one of those. And I’m especially glad to hear that Drew’s new album, “Cinema Classics” is now available.

Using an acoustic violin instead of his usual electric violin, this album sees him backed by the London Symphony Orchestra. As the title implies, this disc sees a good sample of songs from films including “The Way We Were”, “The Godfather”, “Cinema Paradiso” and “Out of Africa”.

So if you’re out in Downtown Disney and find yourself in front of the Naples Restaurant some night this month (likely a Thursday through Sunday evening) stop by and say “hello” and pick up your own copy of this new disc!
