Something out of the past today.

From the Union Pacific’s Streamliner “City of Los Angeles”, the lounge car known as “The Little Nugget”. Looks like something that escaped from an MGM musical doesn’t it? Passengers enjoyed it I guess.

Interestingly enough, the car is still with us today and even in Los Angeles as one of the exhibits at Traveltown in Griffith Park.
